Our Finishing Consists of the Latest open width Stenters, Open width Compactors, Soft sets, Heat Sets, and Both Open width & Tubular raising machines providing the finest Finished Fabric. Again personal attention ensures that all the fabric leaving the finishing department is properly inspected and thoroughly checked for relevant factors before being forwarded to the next stage of production.

KNITTING
Our Knitting is GRS Certified. We have the latest Knitting machinery with a monthly fabric manufacturing capacity of 400 Tons, In every required width and GSM. With the help of the newest technology and experience, we have a varied degree of all Gauge machines that produce single & double-knit fabrics. A full range of knitting machines that enable us to make all types of knitted fabrics including Fleece, Rib, Terry, Single Jersey, Pique, Interlock, Single Jersey Lycra, Denim Lycra, Towel Terry, Thermal, Slub Terry and a full range of ribs including French rib in cotton, and cotton blends and synthetic. Cotton, Polyester, Viscose, Lycra, and all types of blends.

DYEING
A Fully Integrated Dye House ( OEKO-TEX Certified ) consisting of the latest H-T machines. With a monthly dyeing capacity of 400,000 KGs for both open-width and tubular dyeing. We have dyeing machines for dyeing cotton fabric, and synthetic fabrics including polyester. A well-equipped Processing laboratory ensures all Labs. Dyed as per requirements and to be sure to get RFT results on ultra-low liquor ratio for energy and environment conservation. A full range of washes and finishes are catered to within the Dye House.

STITCHING
We have a vast range of stitching unit, that is fully equipped with the latest automatic and semi-automatic machines. This gives us flexibility and speed to produce many types of garments simultaneously. The Quality control and Quality Assurance departments are in place to make sure the company’s objective of zero defects. We ensure the quality and customer’s standards at the start of the production in the sewing lines and at the end of the final stage before packing.
